  • Important career path changes (assuming a new role or resuming a role, fresh start, business creation, retirement…).
  • Outplacement and market repositioning.
  • Improving communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Performance development.
  • Defining management/leadership style.
  • Resolving conflicts, managing stress.
  • Strengthening self-confidence / assertiveness.

How does a coaching assignment unfold?

  • It all starts with a discussion, over an hour or so, free of any commitment, just to understand your requirements and give you some tips. Then, the decision is yours.
  • The prescribing client may attend this first meeting.
  • The coaching assignment will comprise 7 to 9 sessions, over a few months.
Session will last about one hour and a quarter each, and follow a structured process, which the coach is responsible for.
  • Often, concrete actions must be taken between sessions.
  • The last session is an opportunity for the client to assess the work , and to consider “openings” on future prospects.
